This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “PRIVACY POLICY”) regulates, in general terms, the collection and processing by LASER EBRO, S.L. (hereinafter, “LASER EBRO”) of (i) the personal data that you provide us as a user of the website accessible via the domain name www.laserebro.com (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”), including the services available on the WEBSITE at any given time; and (ii) other data collected through other capture systems duly identified below. All of this is without prejudice to the specific provisions established in certain sections, forms, or services available on the WEBSITE for the purpose of providing you with the relevant information and, where applicable, obtaining your consent.
LASER EBRO reserves the right to modify the PRIVACY POLICY to adapt it to new legislative, jurisprudential, and/or administrative developments, as well as to practices carried out at any given time through the WEBSITE, taking your rights and interests into account at all times.

2. How have we obtained your data?
The data we process at LASER EBRO has been obtained from you through (i) browsing the WEBSITE and/or through other channels; (ii) sending an inquiry email; or (iii) other duly identified capture systems, such as the video surveillance system implemented at our facilities.
In the event that the personal data provided belongs to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the PRIVACY POLICY and have obtained their authorization to provide their data to LASER EBRO for the purposes indicated below.
3. What type of data do we process?
The data we process at LASER EBRO is that which you have provided to us during your browsing of the WEBSITE and/or through email or other communication channels.
In particular, at LASER EBRO we process the following categories of data:

The processing of your personal data by LASER EBRO, in accordance with applicable regulations, is based (i) on your consent, granted at the time your personal data is collected, which you voluntarily provide through the mechanisms enabled for this purpose on the WEBSITE; (ii) on the contractual relationship established with us in the event of purchasing our products and services; or (iii) on the legitimate interest of LASER EBRO regarding the video surveillance system implemented at our facilities and other processing activities that may be deemed legitimized by it.
We remind you that, at any time, in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you may revoke it freely and free of charge under the terms indicated in Section 7 below.
5. To whom do we communicate your data?
Apart from those cases in which LASER EBRO is obliged to do so by legal mandate (e.g., Tax Authorities, Administration of Justice, or other Public Administrations), your data will not be communicated to third-party entities.
No international transfers of your data are planned.
6. How long will we keep your data?
In general, personal data will be kept until you revoke your consent to the processing or request its erasure, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that LASER EBRO must observe.
In any case, we inform you that LASER EBRO has established internal data purging policies designed to control the retention periods of the personal data in its possession, so that it may be canceled when it is no longer necessary and/or appropriate for the purpose for which it was collected.
In particular, the following is noted:
- Regarding the video surveillance system implemented at our facilities, the captured images will be deleted within a maximum period of one month.
- For the management of job applications, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years.
7. What are your rights?
Applicable data protection regulations grant you a series of rights relating to your personal data that you may exercise while it is being processed. These rights are as follows:
- Access to your data: You have the right to access your data to know what personal data concerning you we are processing.
- Request rectification or erasure of your data: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you that is being processed by us or even to ask us to erase it when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Request restriction of the processing of your data: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your data, in which case we inform you that we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims as provided for by applicable data protection regulations.

LASER EBRO will process your data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and observe the mandatory duty of secrecy regarding it, in accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
